Kirsten Weagle, founder of Quiet Eye

It started as a favour.

After twenty years building brands like IKEA, Bell and Cathay Pacific, I volunteered to help a few small businesses struggling to move forward. I found two things. One made me angry: owners paying for services they didn't need, and so-called experts throwing pretty tactics at the wall and delivering very little back. The other took me by surprise: how much I loved working this closely with the owners, and seeing our decisions pay off right in front of us.

New customers showed up. People complimented their branding. The automations I set up gave them back hours every week.

They kept telling me the same thing: "You have to offer this to other small businesses."

So instead of delivering the strategy and walking away, like in my old agency days, I get to hop in the trenches with the owners, put the ideas to work, and watch their businesses grow.

That's Quiet Eye. Big-brand thinking, small-business scale, and we see it through together.
