How we work
We start with how you win the work, and how you do it.
We focus on two things: how you get your clients, and how you serve them.
Most help starts and ends at the order form. You ask for a tactic, you get a tactic. Whether that tactic was actually what your business needed is a question that never comes up. We don't build fixes on guesswork. We find the exact friction point in your business before we deploy your budget, so the solution actually sticks.
The arc
Three steps, plain order.
We look.
Start with what brought you in, then widen the lens. Where the money goes. Where the hours go. What's eating time your team would rather spend on real work. You get a clear read, including the parts you didn't ask about.
We build.
Usually what you asked for, now on the right foundation. Sometimes an opportunity we found instead. Sometimes the operational fix first, because relief by Friday builds trust faster than a plan. The strategy goes into the deliverable, not a document.
We keep it running.
Hosting, security, fresh content, tuning the workflows as you change, so the high-return fixes keep paying instead of leaking out again. Without becoming your job.
What this looks like in practice
Examples from real work, not a menu.
Winning the work
- A website on a message only you can claim, hosted properly, fast, kept current
- Enquiries answered the moment they land, nights and weekends
- Follow-up that calls, texts, emails until a lead responds
- A newsletter that drafts itself and waits for approval
Doing the work
- The crew schedule, sent by text instead of written by hand at 6am
- A finished job that turns itself into a Google review request
- Booking and customer care that handle the routine
None of it replaces your people. It hands them back the hours busywork was taking.
What it costs
Pay with the money you're already losing.
- We find the leaks. Where your budget and hours drain out with nothing to show for it.
- We redirect that spend into what returns most. The few areas that bring in more customers for less.
- We fix them and keep them running. So the returns compound instead of leaking out again.
- You get more customers, and more time back. For most clients this isn't new spend. It's the same budget, finally pointed at what works.
No price grid. The work is bespoke; the call sets the number.
What we're not
Three things to rule out.
- Not a brand studio. A sharp identity might be one output, never the point.
- Not a coach or fractional CMO. Working systems, not advice and a cheering section.
- Not an AI consultancy. Automating a business pointed the wrong way just gets you there faster.
Fair questions
The ones worth asking first.
"Paid for this before. It didn't work."
You bought a tactic stacked on an undiagnosed business. Looking first is the difference. It's why the fix holds.
"Not sure we're ready for AI."
You don't need to be. One small workflow that earns its keep, then build from there. No transformation roadmap.
"We run on referrals. Do we need this?"
Referrals reflect who you were. They can't evolve the message or fix the operations leak. The first look usually finds the leverage on the doing-the-work side.
"What does the first call cost?"
Nothing. Thirty minutes. You'll leave with one thing worth fixing, with us or not.
